Easy Returns, Thoughtful Care

We want you to love every Sheetkala purchase. If something is not right, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
• Hygiene-sensitive products like pillows are not returnable once opened.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Sign in to your account and open the order details.
2. Select the item you want to return and submit a return request.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup where available.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection. The refund is issued to the original payment method.
